About the Role Our client is seeking a Corporate/Commercial Litigation Associate with 2+ years of experience to join its Calgary litigation team.

What You Bring Called to the bar in 2024 or earlier and in good standing to practice law in a Alberta. 2+ years of corporate and commercial litigation experience gained at a reputable national firm or top tier boutique.

Strong ability to analyze and communicate complex legal issues in a practical and client focused manner.

Strong negotiation and advocacy skills, with experience participating in settlement discussions and other dispute resolution processes.

Excellent client service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to take initiative and manage competing priorities. A collaborative, adaptable, and responsive approach with a genuine interest in continued professional development.
