Asphalt Spreader Operator Company: Seal N'' Save Blacktopping Inc.

Location: Thunder Bay, ON.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour (based on experience).

Job Overview: Seal n Save Blacktopping Inc. is expanding its paving services and is seeking experienced Asphalt Spreader Operators to join our paving crew.

The successful candidate(s) will play a key role in asphalt paving operations, working closely with the paving team to deliver high-quality results for residential, commercial, and industrial paving projects.

We are looking for a motivated individual(s) with strong paving experience who can contribute to both crew productivity and project quality.

Key Responsibilities: Operate an asphalt spreader and maintain asphalt thickness per scope.

Assist with various duties related to prep work and asphalt paving operations.

Work collaboratively with crew members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Communicate with the Project Manager, Estimator, and Paving Supervisor to plan and execute paving procedures.





Complete tasks independently and as part of a crew.

Maintain a clean and safe job site.

Experience & Skills: Preferred candidates will have experience with: Asphalt spreading, raking, and finishing.

Grading and final grade preparation.

Paving driveways, commercial parking lots, industrial yards, walking paths and municipal and provincial paving projects.

Operating paving-related equipment.

Understanding paving layouts and achieving proper asphalt finishes.

Requirements: Minimum 5 years of asphalt paving experience.

Valid drivers license (DZ or AZ is an asset).

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Solid teamwork and communication skills.
