D365 Change Management Consultant Help Drive a Major D365 Finance & Operations Transformation Contract: Approximately 6 months, through April 2027 Start Date: Targeting mid-October; end of October acceptable Location: Fully Remote GTA office available for those who prefer onsite Level: Intermediate Project: D365 Finance Implementation The Opportunity Be part of a major enterprise transformation as a D365 Change Management Consultant supporting the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

This is a brand-new D365 implementation that will move the organization completely off another ERP platform.

The project is already underway, with the broader change strategy, communication approach and training roadmap established by senior change-management leaders.

Were looking for a hands-on D365 change professional who can take that strategy and bring it to life working directly with SMEs and business stakeholders, identifying impacts, translating UAT sessions into practical documentation, developing training materials and helping employees successfully adopt new D365 processes. D365 Finance & Operations experience is a key requirement for this search.

Were particularly interested in candidates who have been directly involved in D365 implementations, transformations or business-process changes and understand how to translate D365 functionality into clear, practical guidance for business users.

Ideal candidates will have experience supporting: D365 Finance & Operations implementations D365 business-process transformation D365 change management or organizational change D365 UAT and business-readiness activities D365 user adoption and training D365 process documentation, SOPs and job aids Enterprise ERP implementations involving multiple business functions Experience with Oracle Financials or other ERP platforms can also be valuable, particularly where candidates have strong hands-on change-management experience.

However, D365 F&O; experience will be prioritized.

Areas of Focus The role will support operational and cross-functional processes within the D365 transformation, including: Operations Inventory Expense management Project financials Business-process changes General employee processes such as expense claims Cross-functional stakeholder impacts The dedicated Finance team has its own resources handling Finance-specific SOPs and related activities, so this role will have a particularly strong focus on Operations and enterprise-wide processes.

Your Change Management Toolkit Youll be successful in this role if you enjoy taking complex information and turning it into something people can actually use.

You should be comfortable creating: SOPs Job aids User guides Training materials Process documentation Change-impact assessments Training schedules Progress updates UAT-based documentation Other change-management artifacts Strong documentation and artifact-creation skills are essential.

You should be able to listen to a UAT session, understand what is changing, identify who is impacted and turn that information into a clear, practical resource for the business.





And this role goes beyond documentation you should also be comfortable presenting information and delivering training to business users.

Advantages he role will support operational and cross-functional processes within the D365 transformation, including: Operations Inventory Expense management Project financials Business-process changes General employee processes such as expense claims Cross-functional stakeholder impacts Responsibilities What You''ll Be Doing Youll play a critical execution role across the change-management workstream, including: Assessing and documenting stakeholder and change impacts associated with D365 Mapping business-process changes and translating them into clear documentation Participating in UAT sessions and turning recordings/discussions into actionable change artifacts Creating SOPs, job aids and user guides Developing engaging and easy-to-follow training materials Building and maintaining training schedules Supporting change communications and project updates Delivering training to business users where required Working with SMEs, change champions and project teams to understand impacts and adoption needs Coordinating tactical change activities across multiple business functions Identifying opportunities to improve existing templates, documentation and change processes Working closely with senior change-management and ERP leadership to execute the established change strategy D365 Finance & Operations Experience Key Focus We are specifically looking for candidates with D365 Finance & Operations experience.
