Business Analyst- CM (wholesale finance) Job Type: Full Time Location: Toronto, ON Work Model: Onsite / 4 Days Primary Skills: Capital Markets, Requirements Management, SQL & Data Mapping Job Description We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst- CM (wholesale finance) to support large and complex Capital Markets initiatives.

The role will focus on requirements management, product and process analysis, data sourcing and mapping, system integration, and collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Lead requirements management activities for large and complex projects.

Plan, prioritize, elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements.

Analyze Capital Markets products and processes , with a focus on wholesale finance.

Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.

Support the Product Control function and understand its role within Capital Markets.

Perform data sourcing, analysis, and mapping for major Capital Markets products.

Query and analyze data using SQL .

Work with APIs, Python, and AI-enabled solutions where applicable.

Analyze system integrations, including ETL processes and data pipelines.

Support workflow and process automation using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Service

Collaborate with technology teams on Dev

Ops practices and delivery activities.

Contribute to initiatives involving machine learning and predictive analytics.

Prepare business analysis documentation,



process flows, data mappings, and supporting artifacts using MS Excel and MS Visio.

Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience as a Business Analyst with responsibility for requirements management.

Proven experience working on large and complex projects.

Strong knowledge of Capital Markets products and processes .

Strong requirements planning, prioritization, and elicitation skills.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Visio .

Robust SQL skills for data querying and analysis.

Experience with APIs, Python, and AI technologies.

Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Service

Now, or similar workflow and process automation tools.

Strong understanding of system integration, ETL processes, and data pipelines.

Hands-on experience with data sourcing and mapping for Capital Markets products.

Knowledge of Dev

Ops practices and tools.

Understanding of machine learning and predictive analytics concepts.

Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in wholesale finance or Capital Markets environments.

Understanding of Product Control processes and functions.

Experience supporting data-driven transformation initiatives.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively across business, technology, and cross-functional teams.
