GGC is actively recruiting for a Member Services Coordinator

About This Opportunity The Member Services Coordinator supports managing the girl registration system to ensure processes, project plans, and system testing are effective and up-to-date. Maintains processes, policies, and tools that support families and staff with girl registration. Leads all communication planning related to girl registration. In This Role You Will
Position Specific
- Support the girl registration system, by developing and maintaining the annual processes and project plan, supporting in the development of requirements, system testing, and ongoing system support.
- Support testing and implementation of Digital Transformation enhancements.
- Review, maintain, and continuously improve related processes, policies, and tools that support registering families.
- Builds thorough registration system testing processes.
- Trains and supports staff testers and ensures testing is completed within set timelines.
- Develop and improve policies, processes, and functionalities to deliver frontline expertise to caregivers and members.
- Lead the development of project communications, including communication plans.
- Coordinate department budget related tasks and contribute to the development of department budgets, as required.
- Develop and maintain associated tools and resources, such as user guides, training documents, fact sheets, in development and collaboration with IT (and other departments).
- Work with technical experts for the development and implementation of new projects.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of the membership database and of the girl registration system.
- Apply organizational policies regarding diversity, equity and inclusivity to processes, communications and customer service.
General
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and practices.
- Liaise with other departments as required.
- Provide general, ongoing support to members/volunteers, responding to/directing inquiries and consulting with the appropriate groups and individuals to support the mission and vision of GGC.
- Other duties as assigned.
You Should Apply If You Have The Following Education, Designations and Certifications
- Related degree or diploma (i.e., Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Public Administration, Non-Profit Management, Business Analysis) or equivalent work experience.
Prior Work Experience
- 2 years’ related experience working in an office environment.
- Experience with registration systems, project coordination, and communications planning.
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Office 365; knowledge of CRMs, and adaptability with changing technologies.
- Skilled at organization, setting priorities, and managing time.
- Ability to work independently,
including thinking critically and creatively to find solutions, and with a team, including collaboration and training.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.

Hiring Range: $50,200.00 - $59,260.00 Application Deadline: Friday, October 9 th , 2026, by 5 pm ET.
