This is very much a team environment. Most of the time, you will be working alongside me or another nanny rather than being solely responsible for all three children.

Our goal in having additional support isn't simply to make our household easier to manage. With three children so close in age, my husband and I want to make sure each child receives plenty of individual attention, affection, patience, and support.

Depending on the day, responsibilities may include:

Helping care for and engage with our three children

Playing with the children and helping create a positive, calm setting

Assisting with meals and snacks

Cooking or preparing family/children's meals when I am spending time with the kids

Children's laundry and putting clothing away

Changing the children's bedding

Organizing and cleaning children's toys and play areas

Tidying the kitchen after meals

Vacuuming the main level as needed

Helping with transitions, getting ready, and daily routines
