Role Description The Office Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Brampton, ON. This role supports daily office operations, including managing incoming calls and emails, greeting and assisting visitors, and providing general administrative assistance to various divisions.
The Office
Associate will handle filing, data entry, document preparation, and basic record-keeping to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating appointments and meetings,
supporting customer inquiries, and liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow. The role may also involve assisting with light accounting tasks such as invoice tracking, expense documentation, and supporting office-related reporting as needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills to manage daily office tasks, documentation, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Candidates should possess basic Accounting skills to support invoicing, expenses, and financial documentation.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment.
- Dependable, professional work ethic with the ability to work collaboratively and take initiative.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred; experience in transportation, logistics, or related industries is an asset.
