SecOps Roles & Responsibilities 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Application Portfolio Management, Dev

Ops Support, or Service Management (10+ preferred).

Gather, document, and validate application-to-repository mapping requirements.

Build and maintain mappings between applications, repositories, owners, support teams, and pipelines.

Reconcile data across Git

Hub, Bitbucket, Service

Now, CMDBs, spreadsheets, and other systems.

Identify and resolve missing, duplicate, inaccurate, or conflicting repository/application data.

Define and document mapping rules, business processes, governance standards, and exception handling.

Support implementation of repository security, vulnerability management, and release-gating requirements.

Facilitate workshops and collaborate with developers, security teams, Dev

Ops teams, and application owners.





Produce high-quality documentation including requirements, process flows, traceability, UAT support, and audit-ready artifacts. MUST Have Skillsets Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst.

Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and process analysis.

Experience with data mapping, reconciliation, data governance, and metadata management.

Working knowledge of Git

Hub, Bitbucket, repositories, branching, and repository ownership models.

Experience with Service

Now Application Portfolio Management, CMDB, Asset Management, or Configuration Management.

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Dev

SecOps processes, security controls, and vulnerability management workflows.

Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation capabilities.
