Job Summary: The Project Manager / Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading the deployment of Asset

Works GPS solutions for fleet customers across North America.

This role manages implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, serving as the primary customer contact while coordinating software configuration, hardware deployment, training, and project execution to ensure successful outcomes.

Job Description: Lead multiple AW GPS implementation projects from initiation through successful go-live.

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, risks, action items, budgets, and status reporting.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Gather and document business requirements and configure AW GPS solutions to meet customer operational needs.

Coordinate GPS hardware installations, device activation, and deployment logistics.

Deliver installation training to customers, technicians, dealers, and installation partners on AW GPS hardware, wiring standards, troubleshooting procedures, and deployment best practices.





Conduct administrator and end-user training sessions to ensure successful adoption of the solution.

Troubleshoot GPS and telematics hardware, connectivity, sensor integrations, and related deployment issues.

Analyze customer business processes and operational challenges to identify opportunities for product enhancement.

Develop detailed feature requests, business requirements, and use cases for Product Management and Engineering teams to address customer needs and improve the AW GPS platform.

Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder reviews, and executive status updates.

Manage project risks, issue resolution, escalations, and change requests.

Support pilot deployments, large-scale rollouts, and post-implementation optimization activities.

Maintain project documentation, installation standards, training materials, and implementation best practices.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve customer satisfaction objectives.
