Responsibilities Support the administrative and operational management of workers'' compensation and return-to-work cases.

Participate in case follow-up activities in collaboration with managers, HR partners, and the Legal team.

Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation related to workplace accommodations and return-to-work plans.

Analyze absence and return-to-work data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Contribute to the development, documentation, and optimization of processes designed to enhance the employee experience and facilitate timely, safe, and sustainable returns to work.

Support the creation of tools, guides, standard operating procedures, and dashboards for Operations, Managers, and HR partners.

Assist in identifying opportunities to simplify processes, reduce cycle times, and improve return-to-work outcomes.

The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor''s degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Occupational Health, or a related field.





Strong interest in workers'' compensation claims management, workplace accommodation, return-to-work programs, and HR process improvement.

Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Strong aptitude for working with data and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Share

Point.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to challenge existing processes and suggest innovative solutions.
