Designing, building, enhancing and supporting Share

Point sites and solutions across the organization.

Developing, enhancing and supporting Power Apps used by various business groups.

Working directly with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate those requirements into technical solutions.

Gathering requirements and helping business users determine what they actually need from a technical/application perspective.

Supporting existing Share

Point sites and resolving issues such as access problems, functionality issues and other break/fix requests.

Taking ownership of applications that may have originally been developed directly by business users.

Reviewing existing Power Apps and other business-built solutions to understand how they were designed, what business purpose they serve and how the company''s IT can appropriately support them going forward.

Identifying opportunities to improve or stabilize applications that have been transitioned from the business into IT support.

Building custom solutions for business requirements that cannot easily be addressed through an off-the-shelf application.

Supporting broader Microsoft 365 initiatives, including Share

Point, Power Apps, One

Drive, Teams and related technologies.

Leading or contributing to Microsoft 365-related projects from requirements gathering through implementation and ongoing support.

Partnering with business groups including construction, land settlement and other operational teams to develop applications and workflows specific to the company''s business.

Supporting solutions used to capture, manage and store operational information,



including field-related information and documentation.

Taking ownership of solutions through their lifecycle rather than simply developing them and handing them off.

What you must have: Solid Share

Point Experience Share

Point administration and support.

Building and configuring Share

Point sites.

Troubleshooting Share

Point issues.

Supporting business users and access requirements.

Designing Share

Point-based solutions around business needs.

Enhancing and maintaining existing Share

Point environments.

Power Apps Experience Building Power Apps.

Supporting existing Power Apps.

Troubleshooting applications developed by others.

Understanding how an existing application was structured.

Taking over business-developed/''shadow IT'' applications.

Enhancing existing Power Apps based on evolving business requirements.

Broader Microsoft 365 Experience Share

Point Power Apps / Power Platform One

Drive Microsoft Teams Other related M365 tools and services Strong Business-Facing / Requirements Gathering Skills Requirements gathering.

Business process discussions.

Translating business requirements into technical requirements.

Asking appropriate questions to understand the underlying business need.

Working directly with end users and business stakeholders.

Explaining technical concepts in a practical, business-friendly way.
