Woolwich Community Health Centre requires a part time RN (0.6 FTE) to provide day and evening coverage across St. Jacobs, Wellesley, and Linwood sites.
The RN will join an inter-disciplinary team delivering essential client care and coordinating services within a community primary care setting. Requirements include active CNO registration and 2–3 years of community nursing experience; new graduates are welcome.
