The Role

We are seeking a Sales Agronomist to join our Crop Inputs team. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for the location, while strengthening existing customer relationships through a high standard of service and excellent agronomic recommendations.

Day to Day

- Foster and develop strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Scout fields and perform soil testing to assess agronomic needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Promote P&H; products and services, clearly communicating their value and benefits to agricultural producers
- Collaborate with producers to develop practical,



tailored solutions that support their business needs
- Negotiate and secure profitable business agreements the assigned location and the broader P&H; organization

What You'll Bring

- Must currently hold a valid Skilled Agrologist (P.Ag) or Certified Crop Adviser (CCA) certification
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in working directly with agricultural producers, with demonstrated progression in responsibility
- Proven sales and customer service skills, with a strong ability to execute strategic plans and maximize revenue potential
- In-depth knowledge of regional crop production, along with hands-on experience delivering modern and effective crop protection solutions
- Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
