We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead our used car department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pre-owned vehicle operation — from vehicle acquisition and appraisal to inventory management and team performance. This individual will play a key role in ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Acquisition & Appraisal:





- Source and acquire high-quality pre-owned vehicles through various channels.
- Perform accurate vehicle appraisals using data-driven valuation tools and market analysis.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Manage, coach, and train the pre-owned sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
- Support sales consultants in closing deals and improving overall performance.
- Ensure that all team members follow dealership processes and use available sales tools effectively.

Sales & Customer Satisfaction:

- Assist the sales team in negotiations and closing transactions.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints related to the used car operation promptly and professionally.
