Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Logistics & Warehouse Associate to support our day-to-day warehouse, shipping, receiving, and production operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping materials and products, while ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining a clean and safe work setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to safely load, unload, transport, and organize materials.
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and information against delivery documents.
- Prepare, pack, label, and stage outbound shipments.
- Complete basic shipping documentation, including bills of lading and packing slips.
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers as required.
- Supply raw materials and other materials to production lines as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Follow 5S, FIFO, and standard warehouse practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas and designated company cleaning zones.
- Follow standard work instructions and direction from supervisors.
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Immediately report damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, unsafe conditions, or other concerns.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse, logistics, and production team members.




- Provide support for other warehouse and production activities as operational needs require.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Valid forklift certification with the ability to operate both stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
- Warehouse, logistics, shipping, or receiving experience is an asset.
- Experience with inventory management and 5S/FIFO practices.
- Basic computer skills, including Excel and email.
- Experience with label printing and shipping documentation is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, organized, and willing to support day-to-day operational needs.
