Key Responsibilities: Cut away damaged sections using plasma cutters, air grinders, and metal cutting equipment.

Review damage reports, prepare accurate repair cost estimates, and outline production schedules.

Perform rigorous final inspections for dimensional accuracy,



proper functioning, and overall finish quality.

Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience in a Body Shop workplace.

Completion of Red Seal Journeyman Certification or equivalent experience.

Unrestricted drivers license.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Advanced decision making and problem solving abilities.

Ability to prioritize and maintain professionalism during high volume periods.

Self driven to work independently with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
