Ops Job Description We are seeking an experienced Sr Salesforce Developer to support the design, development, and transformation of enterprise Salesforce solutions within a Wealth/Financial Services environment.

The role requires strong Salesforce expertise, business analysis capabilities, secure application development, and the ability to guide engineering teams on Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities Assess business strategy, requirements, current-state environments, and technology choices to evaluate Salesforce solution alternatives.

Design solutions that leverage CRM product capabilities while considering impacts across Lines of Business and Salesforce FSC Org structures.

Identify and address application vulnerabilities while ensuring secure development practices.

Build strong understanding of business functionality and technology options to identify appropriate requirements and solution trade-offs.

Act as a Salesforce SME across Wealth teams by sharing knowledge, conducting training, and upskilling team members.

Ensure functional and non-functional requirements including resiliency, scalability, security, and performance are incorporated into solutions.

Provide expert technical guidance to engineering teams on building and maintaining robust, secure, and efficient Salesforce applications.

Contribute to the design and development of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions.





Provide technical leadership and direction for Salesforce platform transformation initiatives.

Assist Scrum teams with requirements and user-story development, technical analysis, solution design, and estimates.

Participate in technical discussions and help teams maximize Salesforce out-of-the-box capabilities.

Support Dev

Ops development and process efficiency initiatives.

Stay current with Salesforce platform capabilities and implement development best practices in accordance with internal standards and guidelines.

Required Qualifications 8+ years of overall IT experience in senior development roles. 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Platform experience delivering large-scale projects.

Strong Salesforce development and solution design experience.

Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) .

Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, development, and platform capabilities.

Experience addressing application vulnerabilities and implementing secure development practices.

Strong understanding of scalability, resiliency, security, and performance considerations.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Strong communication, technical leadership, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications Experience within Wealth Management or Financial Services .

Salesforce certifications are an advantage.

Experience with Salesforce Dev

Ops and CI/CD practices.

Experience mentoring developers and acting as a Salesforce SME.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce development standards and best practices.
