They are looking for a Senior Accountant to take ownership of month-end and year-end close, balance sheet controls, and payroll oversight for their Canada operations, while also supporting corporate tax filings and driving continuous process improvement.

and accurate financial reporting Own balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls, investigating discrepancies and ensuring reporting accuracy Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for annual corporate tax filings Oversee the payroll process for Canada operations, ensuring accurate processing, thorough audits, and compliance Identify process improvements and strengthen accounting workflows and internal controls Partner with teams across the organization on financial analysis, reporting, and business insights that support informed decisions What You Bring Bachelor''s degree in accounting CPA designation 7+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting Strong working knowledge of GAAP and internal controls Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday is a plus Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams This posting is for an open vacancy currently available within our client''s organization.
