The position is a long-term backfill role supporting important projects for the organization.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in end-to-end Performance Engineering , with expertise across all phases of performance engineering activities including Requirement Gathering, Planning, Scripting, Execution, Analysis, Troubleshooting, Tuning, and Reporting to evaluate and improve application performance.

Required Skills JMeter Proficient in developing and executing performance testing scripts and scenarios, with the ability to enhance/customize using advanced scripting techniques.

Dynatrace Robust expertise in deep-dive performance monitoring and analysis, providing actionable insights to diagnose and resolve bottlenecks.

Performance Testing Skilled in defining workload models, simulating production-like scenarios, executing large-scale performance tests, and analyzing results to ensure system stability, scalability, and reliability.

Non-Functional Requirements & Architecture Solid understanding of NFRs, system architecture, and technology stacks to ensure comprehensive performance coverage.

Performance Tuning & Optimization Ability to fine-tune application, database, and infrastructure components for optimal performance.

Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, operations, and business stakeholders to analyze results, recommend optimizations, and drive performance improvements.





Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable performance gains.

Preferred Skills Splunk, Log Analysis & Datadog Skilled in log-based diagnostics and observability for identifying and resolving complex performance issues. SRE Skillsets Exposure to Chaos Engineering, Observability, Monitoring production workloads, and contributing towards transition into an SRE role.

Test Data & Virtualization Ability to define test data strategy, collaborate with TDM teams, and develop Virtual Services using Mountebank for performance testing.

Client-Side & End-User Experience Experience with tools to measure and enhance end-user performance experience.
