and other stakeholders as required Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, documentation, policies, and procedures in accordance with legislative and organizational requirements Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies, employment practices, performance management, attendance, and employee relations Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, policies, and administrative systems to support efficient and consistent operations Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of HR experience with exposure to a variety of generalist responsibilities Thorough understanding of HR practices, employment policies, and applicable employment legislation Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with employees and leadership Proactive and improvement-focused mindset with solid attention to detail and the ability to identify opportunities for greater operational efficiency Bonus Points For: Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration with an HR focus, or a related discipline Previous HR experience within a manufacturing, production, or similar operational environment Working toward or holding a CPHR designation Right People.
