Motion is seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Mobility and Accessibility Consultant to join our Courtenay team. This role involves supporting the Medical Equipment Provision Program (MEPP), closely collaborating with occupational therapists and nurses to ensure clients receive the mobility and safety products necessary for their well-being. You’ll manage equipment orders and deliver crucial support throughout the client journey.

Key Responsibilities:



• Coordinate and fulfill MEPP equipment orders • Collaborate with healthcare providers on client needs • Provide demonstrations and setups for equipment • Maintain communication and relationships with referral partners • Ensure clients’ needs are met accurately and timely

Requirements: • Exposure to mobility or medical equipment necessary • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Organized and effective in managing multiple tasks • Experience with customer relationship databases • Clean driver's license and background check needed
