La marmaille – ferme maraîchère bio inc is located at L’Ange-Gardien, QC. The company is currently looking for applications for the role of General labourer – farm. We are seeking a self-disciplined individual with exceptional interpersonal skills. The chosen applicant will be required to join and begin their duties as soon as possible. The open positions are for Seasonal employment or Full time job. The shift schedule encompasses shift times which include Day, Early Morning and Morning.

- The candidate must clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas.
- The candidate must dose water saturation, light, and temperature as directed for crop growth and development.
- The candidate will be responsible for guiding growing shoots into optimal development positions.
- The candidate must harvest vegetables by hand.
- The candidate must harvest seedlings.
- The candidate must pack fruits and vegetables.
- The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
- The candidate must manually remove all suckers and water sprouts.
- The candidate must tie and secure plants.
- The candidate will be responsible for weeding.
- The candidate must harvest crops.

Job Requirements

- The candidate should be fluent in French language.
- There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
- Candidate having experience is an asset.
- The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
- The candidate should be organized and flexible in nature.




- The candidate should have positive judgemental skills.
- The candidate should be reliable.
- The candidate should be a good team player.The candidate should give importance to values and ethics.
- The candidate must be a quick learner.

Work setting

- The candidate should work in staff accommodation that offers live-in accommodation when an employer provides a housing offer to its employees.

- Crops are vegetables.
- The candidate should receive free parking; there is no additional charge for parking on the property.
