Production & Account Support | Project-Based Opportunities

Great events take great people. We’re looking to connect with freelance event professionals to support Power Play’s upcoming programs, from early planning through on-site execution.

Power Play is a full-service event management and production agency delivering customized experiences and unforgettable moments. Our work spans fundraising galas, conferences, summits, corporate experiences, and brand activations across Canada. We become an extension of our clients’ teams, bringing ideas to life through thoughtful planning, creativity, and collaboration.

We’d love to hear from producers, production coordinators, account managers, account coordinators, and event professionals who enjoy making things happen.

Depending on your experience and the program, opportunities may include:

PRODUCTION SUPPORT

- Production planning, schedules, run-of-show documents, and rehearsal coordination
- Vendor sourcing and coordination across audiovisual, staging, décor, signage, and event logistics
- Speaker, talent, presentation, and creative asset coordination
- On-site setup, show execution, and teardown support

ACCOUNT & PROGRAM SUPPORT

- Day-to-day project coordination, workback schedules, and tracking deliverables
- Client communications, status meetings, follow-ups, and approvals
- Venue and supplier coordination,



budget tracking, and reconciliation
- Registration, guest experience, event materials, and post-event reporting

You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable working through the moving parts of live events. You communicate clearly, take ownership of your work, and bring a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to the team.

Experience in events, experiential marketing, conferences, fundraising, or an agency setting is especially relevant. Whether your strengths are in production, account support, or both, we’d love to learn more.

This is an open call to build our freelance roster for upcoming and future programs. Scope, timing, location, and on-site or travel requirements will vary by assignment, with opportunities matched to your experience and availability.
