Role : RF Planning Engineer – SC6 / Private LTE & 5G

Location: Montreal, QC – Hybrid (2–3 Days WFO)

Duration: 6–12 Months

Experience: 6–8+ Years

OIQ Registration: Mandatory

We are seeking an experienced RF Planning Engineer with strong expertise in RAN design, RF planning, Private LTE, and 5G networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, integrate, and troubleshoot Radio Access Networks (RAN).
- Perform SC6 studies and RF coverage planning.
- Prepare work orders and maintain site databases.
- Manage network changes and project deliverables.
- Support 3G/4G/5G network design activities.
- Coordinate project tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a technical team.

Must-Have Skills
- 6–8+ years of RAN Design / RF Planning Engineering experience.
- Extensive experience with SC6, MapInfo, and Planet.
- Solid 3G/4G/5G network design experience.
- Experience with RF coverage planning and site database management.
- Fluent French – Reading, Writing & Speaking.
- OIQ registration – Mandatory.
