The Banking IT Project Management team manages IT transformation projects across all Banking Business Lines, requiring solid functional/business knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of Banking, Payments, and Cash Management.

Responsibilities Manage and lead assigned projects to completion with delivery of agreed objectives Ensure all projects follow governance policies, including proper Project Governance and Software Development Lifecycle Identify and secure buy-in from key project stakeholders and sponsors Drive delivery by maintaining project lists, organizing follow-up meetings, and distributing meeting minutes Ensure clear communication of goals, budget, risks, and project status Work closely with Front Office, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Legal,



and Risk to ensure successful project delivery Manage conflict and constraints to ensure project success Lead the cross-functional delivery of technology deliverables using advanced negotiation, facilitation, and dependency management Lead sprint planning and stand-ups across the full project lifecycle Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks; define and drive mitigation plans Must-Have Qualifications 10 years'' experience as a Project Manager Experience in Cash Management, SWIFT payments, and Banking Consulting experience Deep knowledge of project management concepts, planning, documentation, and stakeholder management Excellent knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Word, and Power
