We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with technical support experience in a hardware/software workplace, excellent communication skills and who can work effectively independently and in a team environment.

What you'll do

- Assist the Engineering team in executing comprehensive hardware and product validation activities, ensuring designs meet performance, safety, and reliability standards.
- Develop structured and repeatable test procedures to support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform testing on initial prototypes, including special handling tasks, to evaluate functionality and identify early-stage design issues.
- Provide cross-departmental support to Production Test and Marketing teams by supplying technical insights, test results, and product performance data.
- Troubleshoot electronic hardware and software components, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions.
- Conduct firmware verification testing to confirm proper operation, stability, and compliance with product requirements.
- Create custom, application-specific configurations for customers, leveraging a deep understanding of product features and intended use cases.





Qualifications

- 1 to 2 years of technical support experience in a hardware and software environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in technical reporting and customer interaction
- Work well independently and in team environments
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as J1939, CANopen, LIN, Ethernet is considered an asset
