Reporting to the Director of Resource Development, this role focuses on managing donor relationships under $5,000. You will be responsible for driving individual giving initiatives and supporting annual campaigns, ensuring timely acknowledgment and stewardship of donations. Your expertise will help enhance the organization’s financial sustainability through effective donor communication and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with individual donors
• Oversee the monthly donor giving program
• Direct annual fundraising campaigns and appeal initiatives




• Ensure timely processing of donor gifts and information
• Support stewardship and renewal of individual donor ties
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in grant writing
• At least 3 years in fundraising, particularly with grants
• Familiarity with financial software and accounting basics
• Excellent communication capabilities in both spoken and written English
• Must pass a clean police check and Vulnerable Sector Search
