**Job Title: Quality Assurance - Days**
**Job Description**
Join a team dedicated to designing and developing world-class power quality improvement products, including highly efficient harmonic filters, transformers, auto-transformers, and data center power distribution equipment.
**Responsibilities**
Perform final inspections of finished products to guarantee they meet all customer and specified requirements before shipment.

Conduct in-process inspections during production to ensure ongoing compliance with quality standards.

Perform incoming inspections on supplied materials and raw parts to ensure conformity, correct quantities, and good physical condition.

Issue and investigate non-conformance reports (NCRs) and assist in identifying root causes and corrective actions.

Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).

Maintain good documentation practices by keeping precise, legible quality records and inspection logs.

Adhere strictly to ISO 9001:2015 standards and requirements pertaining to all aspects of job responsibilities.

Support ISO-related activities, including documentation updates and adherence to best practices.

Participate in the preparation and execution of internal, customer, and third-party quality audits.

Interpret technical drawings or schematics to verify product dimensions and specifications.

Maintain the inspection area in a clean, organized, and safe condition.

Interact and communicate effectively with colleagues to resolve quality issues.

Work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently under minimal supervision.
**Essential Skills**
1+ years in quality inspection/assurance experience.
1+ years in a manufacturing setting.

Proficiency in using quality tools: Caliper/Measuring tape.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
Experience in interpreting blueprints and core assembly.

Strong inspection and quality assurance skills.

Work in a small site with 25+ employees on the plant floor, where all materials and tools are provided and organized for quick and efficient work.

The role involves teamwork to assemble core products for power distribution units,



and candidates should be comfortable in smaller environments and open to learning the electrical aspects of the job.

The facility has positive lighting, is a bit dusty, and candidates should be flexible for both shifts.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brampton, ON.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Brampton,ON.
