**Job Title: Shipper and Receiver**
**Job Description**
As a Shipper and Receiver, you will be responsible for operating a propane counterbalance forklift to efficiently load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.

You will ship pallets of PVC-coated polyester products to customers and receive imported containers of PVC-coated fabric, ensuring shipment accuracy.

Additional duties include organizing incoming raw materials, offloading newly produced material from cutting equipment, and preparing skids for shipment by palletizing, wrapping, labeling, and staging finished goods.

You will handle shipping and receiving paperwork and maintain computerized systems for shipping, receiving, and inventory information.

You will also assist with inventory control and material organization while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
**Responsibilities**
Operate a propane counterbalance forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely throughout the facility.

Ship pallets of PVC-coated polyester products to customers.

Receive imported containers of PVC-coated fabric and verify shipments for accuracy.

Receive and organize incoming raw materials.

Offload newly produced material from cutting equipment and transfer it to designated storage locations.

Prepare skids for shipment, including palletizing, wrapping, labeling, and staging finished goods.

Complete shipping and receiving paperwork, including bills of lading, packing slips, shipment records, receiving documents, and inventory transactions.

Enter and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory information using computerized systems.

Assist with inventory control and material organization.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
**Essential Skills**
2+ years of experience operating a counterbalance propane forklift.

Proven experience in shipping and receiving.

Comfortable using computers and handling paperwork.

Experience with skids and palletizing.

Proficiency in ERP systems and RF scanners.

Strong documentation skills.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Caledon, ON.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
