Job Title: IT Ops Specialist (2)
Job Level: L10
Key Requirements:
· 10+ years of solid hands-on relevant experience on Wired and Wireless technologies including Routing/Switching, Firewalls, Load Balancing, Cloud, SD-WAN, QoS, VoIP, Optical, DHCP, DNS, Monitoring Tools, CDN, etc.
· Expert level trace analysis skills are a must
· Experience supporting a large and complex network environment, preferably with adequate operational hands-on experience
· Experience in exploring and implementing automation for Proactive monitoring and reducing incident resolution time.
· Flexible with on call & rotation and shift timing
