Summary
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, you will perform day-to-day accounts receivable functions in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Process high volume customer remittances & deductions
Analyze customer claims for deductions; shortages; price discrepancies
Process customer payments (EDI, Wire Transfers, and Cheques)Follow up with customers for collections and deductions
Process Claims Navigate thru Customer Portals (review invoice statuscustomer invoicing...etc)Liaise with other departments for issue resolution
Perform regular account reconciliations and keep customer accounts current
Produce reports, as required
Perform other accounting related duties, as required
About You: Completed post-secondary education in Accounting
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
