Insight Global is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support a global correspondent banking billing implementation.

This individual will lead business analysis across Nostro and Vostro account processes, client billing, statements, revenue reporting, financial reconciliation, and related banking operations.

The successful candidate will partner with business, finance, operations, technology, and quality assurance stakeholders to define requirements, assess current-state processes, design future-state workflows, and translate complex banking needs into clear, system-ready specifications.

This role requires strong correspondent banking knowledge, effective stakeholder communication, and experience delivering complex financial technology initiatives in an Agile environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS
• Lead requirements elicitation and analysis for a global correspondent banking billing implementation.
• Document business, functional, data, reporting, and control requirements across Nostro and Vostro account processes.
• Analyze existing billing, statement, reconciliation, revenue-reporting, and financial-operational workflows.
• Develop current-state and future-state process maps, business rules, functional specifications, data mappings, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with stakeholders across correspondent banking, finance, operations, product, technology, development, and quality assurance.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify process gaps, clarify requirements, resolve issues, and support solution decisions.
• Translate complex business problems into scalable functional designs and implementation-ready specifications.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily Scrum activities, development and QA collaboration, defect triage, retrospectives,



and business validation.
• Assess upstream and downstream impacts involving accounts, balances, currencies, transactions, fees, statements, and revenue reporting.
• Support testing, implementation readiness, workflow optimization, and post-implementation process stabilization.

Skills and Requirements




• 8 to 10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst within banking or the broader financial services industry.
• Strong correspondent banking experience within an international or global operating environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of Nostro and Vostro accounts, including associated balances, transactions, currencies, reconciliation, and operational processes.
• Experience supporting client billing, fee calculation, statements, invoicing, or billing implementation initiatives.
• Knowledge of finance and revenue reporting, including profit and loss components relevant to correspondent banking.
• Proven experience gathering and documenting business, functional, process, data, reporting, and control requirements.
• Strong functional solution design skills, including current-state and future-state workflows, data mapping, business rules, gap analysis, and system-ready specifications.
• Demonstrated Agile delivery experience, including user stories, acceptance criteria, refinement sessions, sprint planning, Scrum ceremonies, development collaboration, QA support, and retrospectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex banking and technology concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and stakeholder-management capabilities. • Experience with correspondent banking operations spanning multiple countries, currencies, regions, or regulatory environments.
• Experience with Alteryx for data preparation, analysis, reconciliation, or workflow automation.
• Familiarity with IDT platforms, processes, or related banking technology environments.

Experience supporting financial reconciliation, source-to-target mapping, data lineage, or data-quality remediation.
