**Keep Operations Moving in a Hands-On Industrial Environment**
We're looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join a busy industrial warehouse and shop environment in Calgary.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of forklift operation, inventory management, order picking, and general warehouse responsibilities.

**What You'll Be Doing**
Operate a sit-down counterbalance forklift to load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
Pick and stage customer orders using paper pick lists
Perform inventory put-aways and material handling throughout the warehouse
Maintain accurate inventory records using Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
Assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities
Handle products weighing up to 50 lbs, with most items averaging 30 lbs
Support general warehouse, cleaning, and labor duties as required
Use basic hand tools in support of warehouse and production operations
Follow established safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture
Work closely with a small team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
**What We're Looking For**
✅ 2+ years of sit-down counterbalance forklift experience
✅ Valid Alberta forklift certification
✅ 3+ years of warehouse experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
✅ Experience with Microsoft Excel and basic spreadsheet management
✅ Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs
✅ Experience with inventory control, shipping, receiving, and material handling
✅ Comfortable performing general labor and warehouse maintenance tasks
✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✅ Commitment to workplace safety and protected operating practices
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Calgary, AB.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills,



relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
