About Zaatar W Zeit Zaatar W Zeit is an iconic Lebanese street food brand, founded in Beirut in 1999 and now operating 95+ locations worldwide. In Canada, we run two restaurants in Downtown Vancouver and Park Royal (West Vancouver), supported by our own central kitchen, and we're growing.

The Role We're hiring a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager for our Park Royal location, reporting to theOperations Manager. You'll run the restaurant day to day: leading the team, delivering a great guest experience, and hitting your numbers.

What you'll do

- Lead, schedule and coach a team of FOH and BOH staff
- Run the floor during peak service and set the standard for hospitality
- Own labour %, food cost, inventory and ordering against weekly targets
- Keep food quality, safety and cleanliness at brand standard
- Recruit, onboard and develop team members, and build your future supervisors
- Handle guest feedback and drive satisfaction scores
- Work with leadership on sales goals and local community marketing

What you bring





• 3+ years in restaurants, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role

- Proven track record of hitting labour and food cost targets
- Strong leadership: you lead from the front and develop people
- FOODSAFE Level 1 (required, or willing to obtain within 30 days)
- Comfortable with POS, scheduling tools and basic spreadsheets
- Available evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Hospitality or business education is an asset, not a requirement

What we offer
