Role: L2 Production Support Engineer with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

Location: Toronto, ON (4 Days hybrid)

Duration: Fulltime

Required Skills: Salesforce Admin Certified is mandatory

Requirements:

·Salesforce Admin Certified is mandatory.

·Proven experience in production support for large-scale, enterprise-wide, global trading and risk platforms.

·Strong hands-on experience with application support, issue troubleshooting, and system maintenance.

·Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, PERL, or similar languages.

·Solid technical understanding of Linux, Windows, SQL, and database concepts.

·Experience with ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.

·Robust experience with monitoring and observability tools such as ITRS Geneos, AppDynamics,



Dynatrace, or equivalent.

·Experience supporting CI/CD and release automation using GitHub, Nexus, Jenkins, and Ansible.

·Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

·Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

·Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure production support environment.

·Highly disciplined in documenting procedures, issues, and operational knowledge.

·Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent practical experience.
