NPAworldwide is seeking senior firmware engineers to join the Richmond, BC development team supporting the Americas for an industry-leading security camera brand. This hybrid role involves onsite presence a day or two per week with solid collaboration across Hardware, Mobile, and Cloud teams.

You will design and develop sophisticated firmware for wireless/IP networking, optimize performance, and mentor project teams while delivering high-quality, reliable solutions.
