We are seeking a Manager, Strategic Business Insights & Reporting to lead enterprise-level analytics and reporting initiatives within a dynamic financial services environment. Your Responsibilities





- You'​ll lead end-to-end analytics and reporting initiatives, enhancing data models and delivering actionable business insights
- You'​ll translate strategic questions into analyses that uncover trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers
- In this role, you'll develop executive-ready presentations and reporting materials that communicate clear recommendations and business impacts
- You'​ll oversee dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, Excel, and other platforms to support operational and strategic decision-making
- You'​ll act as the primary analytics partner to business leaders, helping prioritize requests and shape business perspectives
- You'​ll establish best practices for data quality, governance, and reporting processes while partnering with technology teams to improve scalability and automation
- You'​ll mentor stakeholders and analysts, supporting stronger insight generation and reporting adoption across the organization

Skills and Qualifications

- 5+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business insights, reporting, or related functions within a financial services setting
- University degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Advanced proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and Excel, experience with SAS, R,



and/or Python is considered a strong asset
- Demonstrated success translating complex data into strategic recommendations and executive-level presentations
- Experience working with large, complex datasets, reporting frameworks, and data models
- Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership
