Centre, a non-profit institution, is looking for a Creche Aide with a minimum of two years’ experience in child care. This role includes supporting early years learning based on recognized educational frameworks and effectively managing children’s behavior in a productive manner. Key Responsibilities:

- Support and implement early years learning effectively
- Create a nurturing atmosphere for children’s growth
- Use positive reinforcement for behavioral management
- Keep the educational environment organized and safe
- Assist teachers in daily routines and activities Requirements:
- Two years’ experience as an Assistant or RECE
- Up-to-date knowledge of CCEYA and AQI
- Excellent planning and communication skills
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
