Tandem Developer – HP NonStop

We are seeking an experienced Tandem Developer with robust expertise in HP NonStop (Tandem) systems. The role involves developing, enhancing, supporting, and maintaining mission-critical applications within the payments, banking, or financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain applications on the HP NonStop (Tandem) platform.
- Design, code, test, and implement software solutions.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
- Support application upgrades, migrations, and enhancements.




- Follow coding standards and software development best practices.

Required Skills
- Strong experience with HP NonStop / Tandem Systems.
- Hands-on experience with COBOL85, TAL, TACL, C/C++.
- Strong knowledge of SQL/MP and Enscribe Database.
- Experience with Pathway, Guardian, and OSS environments.
- Production support, incident management, and troubleshooting experience.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in banking, payments, or financial services is preferred.
