OSO Hotwater Inc (Canada) is based in Halifax, NS and serves as the company's Canadian sales, distribution, and support hub. Working closely with customers across Canada and USA to support sales, the Canadian Team collaborates with Customers and with OSO's factories and engineering teams in Norway on product documentation, sales forecasting, technical matters, warranty coordinations, and logistics. As OSO continues to grow in Canada, we are seeking a dynamic Technical Sales to help expand our market presence and support sales growth across the country.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a hybrid role that blends technical troubleshooting, customer service, distributor support, marketing coordination, and general operational support. It is not a direct sales role — the focus is on backend support that keeps the business and sales operations running efficiently. The Associate will be the technical expert for marketing OSO products.

Technical & Customer Support● Troubleshoot OSO water heater issues, including installations

● Provide clear, professional support to Distributors, contractors, and homeowners





● Share product information and documentation

● Manage updates on orders with distributor partners

● Log and monitor customer cases and track recurring technical issues for continuous improvement

● Support day-to-day operational tasks to keep the business running smoothly

● Manage warranty claims from customers

Technical Sales Support● Work with OSO sales teams in achieving sales targets

Technical Marketing & Documentation● Maintain and update installation guides, FAQs, and technical reference materials

● Liase with OSO Hotwater Group marketing team in Norway to execute Canadian marketing initiatives

● Prepare inputs for social media posts, distributor promotions, and product highlights

● Gather photos, installation stories, and product updates to support content development

● Assist Distributors in executing aligned promotions and maintaining brand consistency

● Manage marketing materials, product samples, and promotional items

● Provide support for distributor training days and local events as required

Operations & Logistics● Assist with container trackings, delivery assistances, inventory checks, and warehouse communications

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Required Qualifications

● 3–6 years of experience in technical support, customer service,



or field service coordination

● Strong troubleshooting ability, comfort working with mechanical and technical concepts

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment

● Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite and familiarity with CRM platforms, including Dynamics 365

Additional Assets for the Role

● Experience in HVAC, plumbing, water heating, or building systems

● Background in marketing coordination or campaign support

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary Range: $55,000–$75,000 CAD annually, depending on experience

Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia (hybrid)

Work Environment : Supportive, small team
