Our client, based in Red Deer, Alberta, is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to support and coordinate recruitment activities across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in field recruitment, candidate sourcing, applicant tracking systems, and developing and implementing strategic recruitment programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for field, operations, and corporate positions.
- Work closely with Operations and Sales teams to identify workforce requirements and ensure all rigs within designated projects are appropriately staffed.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, networking, employee referrals, social media, recruitment events, and other sourcing strategies.
- Promote the company's employer brand through digital marketing campaigns, recruitment initiatives, and industry engagement.
- Develop and provide recruitment metrics and reporting to hiring managers and leadership.
- Build, maintain, and actively manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new employees.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date employee and recruitment records.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with applicable legislation, company policies, and labour standards.

Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in personnel management and staffing,



preferably within the oil and gas drilling industry.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) accreditation is considered an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability and willingness to be available after hours and on-call, as required.
- Strong understanding of applicable government legislation related to recruitment, employment, and labour standards.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
