Product Specialist

Reports to: Sales Managers

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Product Specialist to join the team. You'll help customers find the right vehicle while providing an exceptional buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and pre-owned vehicle features, advantages, and technology.

Welcome customers, answer inquiries, and build lasting relationships.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

Explain warranties, services, financing, and available offers.

Negotiate and close vehicle sales while completing required paperwork.

Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer records.

Follow up with customers through calls and emails.





Stay current through training and product updates.

Represent Focus with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve goals.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Friendly, approachable, and professional.

Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Results-driven with excellent follow-through.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Team-oriented, reliable, and motivated to learn.

Previous automotive sales experience is an asset.
