Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Executive Director leads the delivery of strategic and operational HR Business Partnership services across the organization. The Executive Director aligns services with operational needs and supports consistent, effective people practices. Working collaboratively across Human Resources, operations and the broader health system, the Executive Director builds trusted partnerships, strengthens leadership capacity and fosters a responsive, client-focused culture that supports employees and the delivery of high-quality patient care.Human Resources Exemption : NoExperienceTen (10) years leadership experience, preferably within large, complex, unionized organizationsExperience building effective partnerships with senior leaders,
