On behalf of our Professional Services Client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Product Owner: Enterprise Applications & Integration to join our Client's team on a full-time permanent basis. This role is Hybrid and the Client is based in Vancouver, BC.

Summary of the Role

The Product Owner will define and maintain the vision, roadmap, and priorities for enterprise business applications and digital products. The role will translate business objectives into product strategies, requirements, and delivery priorities while identifying opportunities to improve processes, data quality, integrations, automation, and user experiences. Working across business, technology, and vendor teams, the Product Owner will support scalable enterprise solutions and ensure product investments deliver measurable business value.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Define product vision, roadmaps, priorities, and delivery objectives for enterprise applications and digital products.
- Own and manage product backlogs, including epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, defects, and release priorities.
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional requirements, process flows, solution requirements, and scalable integration or automation solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, operational efficiency, data quality, system integration, and digital experiences.
- Partner with developers, architects, QA teams, data teams, vendors, and implementation partners throughout solution delivery.
- Participate in Agile activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and release planning.
- Validate delivered solutions against requirements and acceptance criteria.




- Support integrated enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, HCM, portals, workflow systems, reporting platforms, and related business applications.
- Establish and support data standards, ownership, systems of record, and enterprise data flows.
- Monitor product performance and support continuous improvement, change management, training, and adoption activities.

Core Requirements

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar enterprise technology professional.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise application implementations, systems integration, business transformation, automation, or multi-platform technology initiatives.
- Experience defining product vision, roadmaps, future-state strategies, backlogs, requirements, and delivery priorities within Agile or Scrum environments.
- Experience with data governance, master data, data quality, data management, data integration, systems of record, and enterprise data flows.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration concepts including APIs, service layers, middleware or integration platforms, and scalable automation solutions.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Experience with ERP, CRM, HCM, financial, skilled services, or other enterprise business applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, UKG, or comparable enterprise platforms.




- Experience with business process mapping, solution design, requirements documentation, and systems integration.
- Experience supporting digital transformation, workflow automation, or AI-enabled business initiatives.
- Experience using emerging technologies and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude for analysis, prototyping, documentation, or solution development.

Terms

This is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Vancouver, BC. The role is Hybrid, with an expectation of working in the office 2 days per week.
