Job Summary

We are hiring a Concrete Factory Worker for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the Puslinch/Guelph, ON area. This role is ideal for candidates with recent construction, concrete, precast, heavy manufacturing, forklift, machine operating, or strong industrial labour experience who are looking for steady work, competitive pay, and a long-term career path.

You will be working in a busy precast concrete manufacturing environment supporting the Wet Cast Department. This is hands-on, physically active work in a team-focused setting where safety, reliability, and productivity are important every day. Key Responsibilities

- Assist with wet cast concrete production, including material handling, product preparation, finishing, and cleanup.




- Use hand tools and power tools safely to support production and general labour tasks.
- Work in a physically demanding industrial environment involving lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for the full shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area while following all health and safety procedures.
- Support production teammates with daily workflow, equipment preparation, and concrete manufacturing tasks.
- Work overtime as required to meet production needs.

Compensation and Benefits

- Shift premium: $1.50 per hour for hours worked starting after 12:00 PM
- Overtime: Saturday paid at 1.5x and Sunday paid at 2x.
- Shift: Day shift, most likely 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
- Regular overtime is expected and will be required.
- Unionized environment, union dues will apply.
- PPE provided includes hearing protection, safety glasses, and safety vest.
- Facilities include vending machines, coffee machines, lockers, and access card provided on the first day.
- Onsite orientation will be completed on the first day.
