Position: Senior CRM - Software Developer

Duration: 5 Months assignment (contract)
Client Location: Toronto (Onsite: 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
Engagement Model: Qualified Services Engagement - B2B (Incorporated Entities Only)

This position is provisionally Onsite, requiring 7.25 hours per calendar day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding breaks). Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.

About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior CRM - Software Developer to support the design, development, integration, implementation and ongoing enhancement of enterprise cloud-based applications.

The successful consultant will bring strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse and Microsoft Azure, along with experience in both low-code and custom application development.

The role requires solid knowledge of.NET, C#, JavaScript, Web APIs, Azure technologies, DevOps and CI/CD, combined with the ability to translate technical specifications into secure, scalable, maintainable and fully tested business applications.

Scope

Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain enterprise applications using Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform and Azure technologies.

Translate technical system specifications into functional, tested applications.

Develop solutions using both low-code and custom development approaches within Dynamics 365.

Design, develop and enhance Dataverse-based applications and integrations.

Assignment Deliverables

Develop functionality based on approved business and technical requirements.

Produce detailed programming and technical specifications.





Design and develop Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

Configure and enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including Customer Service Workspace.

Develop Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps and Power Pages.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

Experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power platform, and Azure solution design

Working knowledge of Dynamics interoperability, integration and capability with other Microsoft cloud technologies

Working knowledge of both low code development and custom development on Dynamics 365

Working knowledge with Dataverse design and development

Working knowledge of development in Azure technologies

Working knowledge of .NET, C#, JavaScript.

Nice to Have:

Experience developing Internet-ready applications.

Experience with Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodologies.

Experience working with middleware and gateways.
