An established and growing real estate development and construction organization is seeking an experienced High-Rise Superintendent to lead the construction of two 16-storey residential towers in Calgary. Your new role

As High-Rise Superintendent, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations from structural concrete through to occupancy. Working closely with the Project Manager, consultants, and trade partners, you will ensure the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll need to succeed

- 8+ years of Superintendent experience on high-rise residential, mixed-use, or large-scale multi-family projects.

- Proven experience managing concrete high-rise projects of 12 storeys or greater.

- Strong understanding of structural concrete, building envelope, MEP systems, interiors, and finishing stages.

- Demonstrated ability to lead large site teams and coordinate multiple trades simultaneously.





- Thorough knowledge of Alberta building codes, construction safety regulations, and quality management practices.

- Experience with scheduling software, construction management platforms, and project documentation systems.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Valid driver's licence and ability to work full-time on site in Calgary.
