Position: Customer Experience Associate
Location: Burnaby, BC
Salary: $20.00/hour + 4% vacation pay
Posting Type: Contract role, 3 months with solid possibility of extension

Our client is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join their team on a full-time, 3-month contract with the possibility of extension. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organization known for delivering exceptional service within the optical industry. You'll work with a collaborative team in a fast paced environment where your attention to detail and customer service skills will have a direct impact on ensuring customers receive accurate and timely orders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to optical stores and optometrists' offices via phone and email
- Accurately enter eyewear orders and prescription information into internal systems
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide production status updates
- Follow up on customer orders and outstanding requests to ensure timely resolution




- Support the team with data entry, reporting, and general administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate customer and order records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and an outstanding customer experience

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or data entry
- Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Experience in the optical industry is considered an asset but is not required
