AYR Motor Express is currently recruiting for a Billing Specialist at their Woodstock, NB office.

Main Duties:

- Receive and scan proof of delivery (POD)forms and match to accounts/rates and create bills accordingly.
- Work with customers with billing inquires and concerns
- Track PODs via drivers and customers
- Respond to customer inquires and solve problems.
- Follow-up by e-mail, phone or in person with drivers, owner-operators, dispatch, and sales personnel
- Perform related clerical duties of word processing, filing, record systems, faxing and photocopying
- Perform other duties as required by the employer or supervisor

Education or Employment requirements:

- Experience working in billing, account payable/receivable, and/or finance.




- Experience in the trucking industry.
- Experience with TruckMate is an asset
- Completion of a college or university financial accounting, bookkeeping, taxing, and business related courses is an asset
- Bilingualism is an asset
