We are seeking a dedicated Raymond Reach Forklift Driver to join our clients dynamic team. The Raymond Reach Forklift Driver is responsible for safely operating a Raymond reach truck to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise within a warehouse or distribution center. This role supports inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving operations while maintaining a secure and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a Raymond reach truck safely and efficiently.
- Put away, replenish, and retrieve products from racking systems.
- Load and unload trailers as required.
- Pick orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Move materials throughout the warehouse to support operations.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any defects.
- Maintain accurate inventory through proper scanning and documentation procedures.
- Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits when required.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, shipping, receiving, and warehouse personnel.





Qualifications

- Valid Raymond Reach Truck certification.
- Minimum 1 year of reach truck operating experience preferred.
- Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) as needed.
- Comfortable working at elevated heights.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Basic computer and RF scanner experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
